Raczki Elbląskie [ˈrat͡ʂki ɛlˈblɔ̃skʲɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Elbląg, within Elbląg County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north-west of Elbląg and 83 km (52 mi) north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1772 the area was part of Kingdom of Poland, 1772-1945 Prussia and Germany (East Prussia).
The village has a population of 170.This is also a lowest point of Poland at -1.8 meters / -5.7 feet ( below sea level ).
